His BA is in Communication sciences from the Centre for Croatian Studies of the University of Zagreb and is finishing PhD in the same subject at the Faculty of Philosophy.
He joined Brandoctor in 2014 and was in charge of analytical research and brand strategy development. In 2017, together with the rest of the team from Brandoctor, he moved to Fabular. Stipan took part in defining brand strategies for Medora Hotels&Resorts, Maistra Hotels&Resorts, Vina Brač 1903, Croatia Insurance Company, Dobro for Žito group, Oryx group, Froddo, Optima Telekom, Nai 3.3 olive oil and Osječko beer. He was awarded with REBRAND 100® Global Awards, Golden Drum Award, as well as inaugural REBRAND Hall of Fame™ for Branding Excellence Worldwide.
As he says, branding gives him an opportunity to create a world that signifies a positive change, truth and clarity for the consumers. World that tries to evoke that gut feeling they always in the end know they should follow and gives them confidence to do so.
