Sladorana from Županja is one of the three leading sugar producers in Croatia, founded over 50 years ago. We diagnosed the discrepancy between the high quality of Sladorana sugar and the existing brand image.
We defined the brand image as Croatian, homemade (as in cookies you make with sugar), but also modern and emphasizing its origin from Županja, a small town in Slavonia. According to the overall brand strategy, we created a brand name, designed its visual identity and defined brand touchpoints.
In addition to having achieved a significant growth of 15% in Croatia in 2005, Sladonia has become the first Croatian brand of sugar with original packaging and under the original name to be exported to Europe.
